Frequently Asked Question
What do Issue Summary and Description mean?
Last Updated 3 days ago
Issue Summary
A short title for the ticket — like an email subject line.
Good examples:
- “Update hero image on Newport Residences page”
- “CDL Homes login error for marketing user”
- “Add brochure PDF to Union Square Residences”
Avoid vague summaries such as “Website” or “Help” — agents use the summary when scanning queues.
Issue Description / Details
The full explanation of the request or issue. Include:
- What you need done (or what is broken)
- Page URL(s) or property name
- Current vs desired content or behaviour
- Deadline or go-live date if any
- Steps to reproduce (for bugs)
- Device / browser if relevant
The clearer the description, the fewer follow-up questions and the faster the work can start.
